The job hiring manager surely would like to know whether you have it in you or not before wasting his time on you. They do not want to dig a mountain for a mouse, they want real treasure. They may begin with the question why should they select you for the job.

• Make sure that your resume is up to the mark, where you have not included the content that is not necessary.
• Make sure you have placed the right title to describe your type job, so that the person who is going to hire you exactly knows what he is looking into.
• Make a summary of the keywords that you have used and that would make the search easier.
• Make sure you list your achievements in a simple way and not making it tedious.
