How would your manager/co-workers describe you? Most candidates don’t see this question coming and as a result they give a confusing answer. Hiring managers usually ask this question in order to understand your relationships with co-workers and managers. It is more about your personal qualities rather than professional skills. Be honest and don’t try to appear better than you really are. Keep in mind that it is not a problem for hiring authorities to contact your former managers or co-workers.
