Secondly, keep it concise and relevant. In other words, include only such information that will be relevant to the job opening you are applying for. Take off unnecessary details such as high school diploma, hobbies, interests, etc... Never underestimate the role of networking. Many people think attending reunions, professional seminars, tradeshows, and other events isn't going to do much good for your professional career. However, ignoring such opportunities may cost you a job. If you ever make some time to listen to the stories of successful managers about how they got the job you will be surprised how many have got their job by making use of such small opportunities.

Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn networks are the most effective online tools in job hunting. Besides, one should keep in mind that online networking allows not only the opportunity to present yourself, but to have access to important information, including job openings, news about companies, and tips for job hunting, resume writing, interviews...
